In this hybrid role, you'll combine customer support with soft sales – helping customers solve technical and billing issues while also identifying opportunities to recommend new products and services. And yes – there’s commission potential for every successful upsell.About the roleAs a Technical Support Agent, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line support for customers on-site in Warsaw. Requirements

Candidate profileC1 level proficiency in Norwegian, strong B2 level in EnglishStrong technical skills and problem-solving abilityComfortable with soft sales and meeting sales targetsConfident communicator with persuasive abilitiesFinancially prepared to relocate to PolandFlexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends
