At Grupo Adecco, we are looking for customer service call center agents with advanced German language skills for an important contact center.WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?- Your main duty will be to answer calls and respond to chat messages for an important company in the banking sector in GERMAN.WE OFFER:- Working hours: Monday to Sunday (5 days a week) shifts:• Mornings from 7am to 3pm - 5 positions• Afternoons from 3pm to 11pm - 5 positions- Training: under contract and paid from day one. Starts on 16/02- Contract: fixed-term, stable over time.- Salary: €22,800 per year + 5% variable based on KPIs.- On-site work in Madrid (Avenida de la Ilustración area).- Career plan.
