Requirements

Responsibilities:Provide support to customers by phone and email in German and English;Help with credit card inquiries and transaction support;Deliver a seamless customer journey through quick and effective solutions;Maintain clear and accurate records in internal tools;Collaborate with colleagues to resolve cases efficiently. Qualifications:Strong communication skills in German and English;Previous customer service experience is an advantage;Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven;Comfortable in a fast-moving, international setting;Team player with a positive, flexible attitude.

Offer
