Requirements

Requirements:Previous experience in customer service (phone, chat, and email support).Strong back-office experience with the ability to manage administrative and operational tasks accurately.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Native or near-native Turkish language proficiency.Strong organizational, proofreading, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently while following guidelines and quality standards.Comfortable working on content review, documentation, research, and AI evaluation projects.
