Our client is a ferry travel aggregator service across the globe that provides the most comprehensive portfolio in the Ferries Industry, offering an easy way to look, compare, and book between all available offers.

- Being in charge of supporting client's queries through calls, chat, and email, ensuring the best quality service
- You will enrich your experience with valuable skills and knowledge in the latest technologies

- Fluent French speaker (native/ proficient level - C2)
- English advanced level (minimum C1)
- Work@Home based on Portugal
- Remote work requires a high-speed Internet Service with a basic landline telephone service
- Operating System - Windows 10
- Web Browser - Google Chrome 23 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 3 or higher, Microsoft IE 10.0 or Higher
- Ethernet Port available
