If you are a near-native French speaker looking for a new challenge in Greece, we have an exciting opportunity for you.Responsibilities:Provide technical support and assistance to customers via calls, emails, and chatsTroubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to effective solutionsAct as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product updates and troubleshooting techniquesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions providedCollaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements

Requirements:Near-native level in FrenchGood communication skills in English (B2+ level)Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skillsComputer knowledge and tech savvinessAbility to multitask, adapt to changes, and work independently and as a team memberPrior customer support experience is an advantage
