In 2010 I made the hard decision to leave my successful business behind me which I had worked hard on for almost 10 years and go on a (2 year, thinking I would only last 6 months) working holiday when I turned 27 and never looked back. It turned out to be the best life decision I have ever made. I have learned so much about myself, the world and different cultures, gained lifelong friends and best of all met the man of my dreams and now we have a beautiful baby boy together living in Sweden!!! (Before I traveled I didn't even know where Sweden was on a map!! ) The hardest part of living abroad is of course, always missing your family and finding your place in a new community has its challenges. I love meeting new and interesting people, being outdoors and basically living life to the fullest.
