I am Portuguese and having lived in the United Kingdom for 5 years, I am familiar with the challenges of starting a new life overseas. I am back to Lisbon, my hometown, and willing to keep involved with international people who are moving to my country. In the last 10 years I have been working across different geographies partnering and liaising with individuals from countries in Europe, USA, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Japan and Australia. I have one daughter and while living in Lisbon our family hosted 3 AFS students in different occasions. During that time I was the host Mum of 3 girls, one from Iceland, other from Norway and a last one from Latvia. I am greatly motivated by working with others. I am passionate about behavioral and culture change, facilitation and self-development. It is always my aspiration to inspire and engage people to embrace change and live and work in a fun, collaborative and multicultural atmosphere. I work as a life coach and I have completed my International Coaching Certification Training with ICC (International Coaching Community) in 2007.
