Account Executive – Nordic Market (Sales Ads Agency)Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)Salary: €26,276 gross/year + up to €3,408 bonusAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive for the Nordic market to join a growing Sales Ads Agency team in Barcelona.In this role, you’ll partner with media and creative agencies across the Nordic region, helping them scale their clients’ businesses through effective digital advertising solutions. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting new partners to closing deals and growing long-term relationships.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building strong client relationships, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.What You’ll Be DoingIdentify and prospect new agency partners across the Nordic market through outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking)Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to deal closurePresent tailored advertising strategies aligned with client objectivesBuild and grow a portfolio of agency accountsDevelop long-term relationships with key stakeholdersUse data and insights to demonstrate value and increase investmentRun regular performance reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesAct as a product expert, advising on ad formats and best practicesMaintain accurate pipeline and account data in SalesforceCollaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and sales strategyWhat We’re Looking ForC2 level in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) + C1 level EnglishExperience in sales, digital advertising, or agency account managementStrong prospecting and closing skillsConfidence in pitching and negotiating with decision-makersExperience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Understanding of media agencies and digital advertising ecosystemsFamiliarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or similar is a plusProactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindsetKey SkillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilityRelationship-building and stakeholder managementCollaborative and adaptable approachResults-driven with a focus on growthWhat’s in It for YouHybrid working model in BarcelonaCompetitive salary + performance bonusContinuous training and professional developmentClear career progression with coaching and supportDynamic and supportive team environment

Requirements

What We’re Looking For C2 level in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) + C1 level English Experience in sales, digital advertising, or agency account management Strong prospecting and closing skills Confidence in pitching and negotiating with decision-makers Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Understanding of media agencies and digital advertising ecosystems Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or similar is a plus Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
