As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s financial products and services to potential clients via phone.Your main responsibilities will include:Promoting the company’s products and services through cold and warm calls (around 200 calls per day)Assisting clients with opening trading accountsProviding information and education about financial products and servicesKeeping clients updated on financial market newsGuiding clients on how to use trading platformsMaintaining professional communication standards at all times

Requirements

Native or fluent Portuguese (Brazilian or EU Portuguese)Additional EU languages are a plusGoal-oriented and money-driven personalityComfortable making high-volume calls dailyPrevious Forex experience is a plus but not mandatoryAvailable to start ASAPPortuguese work permit required (if non-EU citizen) (Manifestação de interesse is not valid)
