• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers; • Respond promptly to customer inquiries; • Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages; • Know the product/service well; • Process customer requests and complains; • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database; • Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.
Requirements
• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Korean, and entermediate level of English;• Have call center experience; • Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal; • Have flexibitity in terms of shifts; • Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs; • Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry); • Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
