Croatian-Speaking Customer / Content ExpertTrust & Safety – Hate TeamLocation: Lisbon, PortugalCompensation OptionsOption 1: €1,050 gross/month + free accommodation(Private room in a shared apartment/house, including Lisbon-area allowances)Option 2: €1,306 gross/month(For candidates who do not require accommodation; includes allowances)Role OverviewAs a Customer Expert I in the Content Reviewer – Trust & Safety (Hate Team), you will help ensure online content meets company policies and quality standards. Your work will directly support a safer online environment by identifying and labeling harmful or policy-violating content.You will review a wide range of materials, including news articles, forums, videos, blogs, and text-based content. The primary focus is identifying hate speech, harassment, and misinformation (including Covid-19-related content), though content categories may change based on client needs.Your goal is to ensure all reviewed content complies with company standards and is suitable for ad monetization.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Evaluation: Review social media, web pages, and advertising content to ensure compliance with client policies and guidelines.Content Review: Visually assess images, videos, accounts, and written content to identify potential violations.Escalation: Use internal tools to report and escalate content that breaches policy.Quality Assurance: Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all reviewed cases.Productivity Targets: Meet weekly productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.Task Management: Prioritize and manage daily workflows efficiently, adapting to changing client needs.Client Collaboration: Participate in client meetings, share insights, and contribute recommendations to improve content review processes.What This Role RequiresStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfort reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing contentCommitment to accuracy, policy adherence, and quality standardsFluency in Croatian and strong comprehension skills
