They're looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Onboarding Manager to guide new clients from signed contract to successful launch.  What you'll do: Lead onboarding projects for new restaurant customers Deliver engaging product training and implementation sessions Become the trusted partner for customers during go-live Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams Identify ways to improve the onboarding experience and drive adoption Join a company where technology and hospitality come together to create memorable customer experiences. ????  

Requirements

You bring:✔ Fluent Dutch & English ✔ Customer-facing experience (Customer Success, Hospitality, Training, Account Management or similar) ✔ Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships ✔ Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
