Requirements

Our client is a great match if you:• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch, and a good level of English;• Have call center experience;• Live in Porto;• Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;• Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;• Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry);• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
