Requirements

Our client is a great match if you:Have a proficient or bilingual level of Danish, and advanced level of English; Have 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience; Have call center experience; Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal; Have flexibitity in terms of shifts; Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs; Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry); Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
