Requirements

Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Previous experience in customer service is an advantage Able to handle technical troubleshooting in a structured and patient manner Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment Flexible and available to work rotational shifts
