What you can expectAs a customer service representative at Viaplay, you will handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat and social media.What you'll doRegistration and Sign in Guide user’s trough account setup and login issues; Streaming Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems; App & Device support Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings; Account and Payment Help users manage subscriptions, update payment menthods and resolve billing issues; Pause and Cancellation Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations; Feedback Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.
Requirements
Native Swedish speaker; Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory); High school diploma required; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information; Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports; Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
