What you'll doPerform customer service activities through direct digital channels (email and phone); Be the point of contact for trucks of min 3.5 tons of weight; Answer directly to drivers, or transport and logistics companies; Clarify questions related to roads from all over the country from your market; Ensure revenue collection; Debt communication; Service sales as applicable; Contribute to the achievement of our client's objectives.
Requirements
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2); Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective; Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information; Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
