Requirements

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2); Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); Experience in customer service (preferred); Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
