For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support andprocess optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Customer Support Advisorwith Italian and English. Key Responsibilities:*Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat;*Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, or accounts;*Handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-contactresolution;*Accurately log and follow up on customer interactions using internal systems;*Meet performance goals such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards;*Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve the customer experience. Requirements:*Fluency in Italian plus very good English;*Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;*Comfortable handling conversations via phone and chat;*Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools quickly;*Motivation to achieve targets and deliver positive results;*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential - full training is provided.
