We’ll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you’ll need to succeed. What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Support Agent in our team, you will:Handle calls through CRM agent portalCreate quotations and orders via SAP systemExpedite and communicate expected delivery times to customersOffer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services
