We are looking for someone with an advanced level of Catalan, Galician or Basque (at least C1) and a good knowledge of English (minimum B1). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a client-focused and empathetic attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential. 

Requirements

 Catalan/Galician/Basque (C1/C2);English (B1/2) is a plus; Experience in call‑center environments; Strong communication skills;
