Requirements

Native (C1+) level of CzechWillingness to relocate to Portugal or based thereGood level of English (B2)Experience in Customer Support is an advantageStrong abilities to work independently and as a team playerProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAdaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changesStrong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applicationsAbility to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
