Join an international team in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting Google Ads project, helping businesses grow through effective online advertising.As a Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will work with companies with strong growth potential in a tech-focused environment. You will onboard and engage new clients, build strong relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within the customer base.The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, in a hybrid setup in Barcelona. The planned start date is 22.06.2026.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded candidate with strong communication skills and an interest in digital marketing.The ideal candidate has:C2 level Danish and C1 level EnglishBA/BS degree, preferably with MA/MSc in Marketing or CommunicationsExperience in sales and/or marketing with proven client-facing skillsStrong goal orientation and ability to work independentlyExperience using CRM tools and managing customer dataAbility to use AI tools to support outreach strategiesStrong communication, presentation, and professional writing skillsA proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindsetAbility to identify market trends and analyse competitorsCultural awareness of the Nordic marketUnderstanding of Nordic business etiquette and relevant regulations, such as GDPRAbility to discuss more advanced ROI and integration questions related to Google Ads solutionsMultilingual skills are considered a plus
