Requirements

Candidate profileNative-level (C2) Danish and a high level (C1) of English, both written and spokenBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; studies in Marketing or Communications are considered an advantagePrevious experience (2+ years preferred) in sales, digital marketing, or online advertisingStrong understanding of the Danish market, business culture, and customer expectationsExperience using CRM systems and AI tools to improve productivity and personalize customer interactionsGood understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulationsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and deliver value to clientsAnalytical and strategic thinker with the ability to assess market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international team
