You will answer questions about accounts, subscriptions, payments and streaming services while providing friendly and efficient support.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with registration and login issuesHelp users manage their accounts and subscriptionsTroubleshoot streaming quality, buffering and playback problemsProvide support with apps, compatible devices and device settingsAnswer questions about billing and payment methodsAssist with subscription pauses and cancellationsRecord and share customer feedbackDeliver a professional and positive customer experience
