Danish Speaking Customer Service AdvisorsLisbon, Portugal€26,308 including bonuses and allowances yearOur client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisors. For the first month it is 100% onsite and after that 2 days in the office a week and 3 days remote in the Lisbon area.Job DutiesDealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.Essential CriteriaNative level Danish and English.At least 1 year customer service experience, ideally candidates will have some sales experienceGood general IT skills.Monthly SalaryBase Salary: 870€Language bonus: 570€Meal allowance: 8.20€ - 167.86€KPI: 164€Already live in the Lisbon area and have work permission for Portugal.* Please note this role doesn't allow working from other locations other than that stated in the advert.OFFERMonthly SalaryBase Salary: 920€ x14 months           Language Bonus: 770€ x12 months   Monthly Bonus: 184,33€ (achieve KPI objectives) x12 monthsMeal allowance: 180,40/month and 1.984,40/year) x11 months

Requirements
