Over time, the company has expanded its offering to include POS software, business loans, invoicing tools, remote payments, and solutions for setting up online stores.The company positions itself as a disruptive brand, helping small businesses grow and compete in an increasingly digital market.________________________________________The RoleYou’ll provide customer support across phone, email, and chat (depending on the market). The role focuses on helping users understand and use the company’s products effectively, while resolving any issues they may face.Support areas include onboarding new users, handling logistics-related questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with financial queries.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Support customers with account setup and onboarding• Assist with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related questions• Troubleshoot issues with the app, card reader, and accessories• Help customers understand transactions, deposits, and reports• Provide clear and accurate product information• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed• Ensure each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently________________________________________Working Hours• 40 hours per week• Rotational shifts:o Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00o Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00________________________________________Work SetupThis role is currently fully remote. There may be a transition to an office-based setup in the future.
