Requirements
Candidate profile Native or near-native in Danish (C2) Good oral and written communication skills Basic computer knowledge from a user’s perspective Experience in face-to-face or contact center customer service is a plus Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
