Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Location: Barcelona, Spain Salary: €22,249 gross/year About the Role If you’re empathetic, a strong listener, and enjoy solving problems as part of a team, this role could be a great fit. As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading company, you’ll support international travellers and accommodation partners by understanding their needs and providing clear, practical solutions. You’ll play a key role in delivering a consistently high level of customer service. Requirements
Must already live in BarcelonaFluent Danish (C2 level) and strong English (C1 level) Strong communication skills, both written and spoken Comfortable using PC tools (Office 365, CRM systems, internal platforms) Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations Goal-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities Interest in accommodation or travel platforms Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus
