About the RoleOur client is looking for a dedicated Danish-speaking Customer Support & User Enablement Representative to help increase customer satisfaction and engagement. You will represent the brand, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide users to get the most out of the services. ResponsibilitiesRespond efficiently to customer inquiries across multiple channelsTroubleshoot and provide accurate solutions to user concernsEducate customers on how to maximize their experience with mobility servicesIdentify trends in user feedback to support service improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability and service delivery
Requirements
QualificationsNative or fluent Danish speaker (C1 level or higher)Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)Previous customer support experience is a plusStrong interpersonal and active listening skillsResourceful mindset and ability to find effective solutions
