Location: Porto, Portugal Role: Dutch Customer Service Specialist – Medical DevicesSalary package: 19,800 EUR gross p/a plus meal allowance€1,100 gross per month (14 payments per year)€400 gross fixed bonus per monthApprox. €150 net meal allowance per monthWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 22:00 (rotative shifts)Relocation support: Reimbursement of Airfare up to 400€ after 6 months, Plus availability of subsidised company Apartment (Room in a shared flat) with rent of 280€ (this will be deducted directly from your monthly pay) About the RoleJoin a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology that designs and manufactures advanced automated insulin delivery systems. These products reduce the daily burden of diabetes management while creating new possibilities for patients, their families, and healthcare providers.As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will provide empathetic, accurate, and regulatory-compliant support to patients and healthcare professionals using innovative diabetes care solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver customer care and technical assistance for medical devices across European marketsSupport patients with product usage through phone, email, chat, and SMSProvide troubleshooting and technical guidance for medical diabetes devices and accessoriesManage order intake, renewals, and documentation in line with company proceduresApply active listening and empathy when supporting patients in sensitive situationsFollow defined procedures, scripts, and compliance standards to ensure patient safety

Requirements

Fluent Dutch and EnglishAbility to support multiple markets simultaneouslyStrong customer service orientation with excellent communication skillsHigh problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to handle disputes, emergencies, and stressful situations with professionalismActive listening and empathy in every interactionBackground in healthcare, technical support, or knowledge of diabetes/medical devices is a plusProven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information
