We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support and Content Moderation specialists for international companies in Greece and Portugal.If you’re fluent in Dutch and open to relocation, this could be your chance to start a new chapter abroad.Your role in Customer Support:Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chatAssist with inquiries, issues, and account-related questionsDeliver clear and professional communication at all timesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and service qualityYour role in Content Moderation:Review and moderate online content to ensure it follows platform guidelinesIdentify and remove inappropriate or harmful contentMake quick and accurate decisions based on company policiesHelp maintain a safe and positive online environment

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1–C2) • Good English (B2+) • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Willingness to relocate to Greece or Portugal • Previous customer support or content moderation experience is a plus
