Location: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Dutch Legal Back Office AdministratorSalary: basic gross p/m Euro 1358 + Euro 175 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucherWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week between Monday to Friday 9am-6pmRelocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m The CompanyOur client is a global CX partner - they currently operate in over 70 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Dutch Legal Back Office Administrators. The RoleAs a Dutch Legal Back Office Administrator you will be working for a very well-known European low-cost airline. This is a back office role where you will analyse and review incoming legal cases from travellers in regards to various disputes e.g delays, lost luggage etc. Your interaction will be with 3rd parties like legal bodies, transport operators etc. This will be a very interesting role for someone who has attention to details and who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Fluent Dutch and EnglishPrevious Customer service or administration experience desiredExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task and attention to detailsLegal background a plus but not a must
