Dutch Speaking Ads Sales & Onboarding SpecialistLocation: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)Competitive base salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,407 bonus.We are looking for a motivated and resilient Dutch-speaking Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic, tech-focused team in Barcelona. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy helping businesses grow through digital advertising solutions.You will work closely with Dutch-market clients, supporting them from onboarding through to campaign optimization, while driving growth, engagement, and long-term success. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help both emerging startups and established businesses unlock their full potential through data-driven PPC strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Advisory: Guide new clients through onboarding and develop tailored PPC strategies aligned with their business goals.Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive outbound sales efforts, increase client investment, and identify upselling opportunities.Market Engagement: Identify and engage high-potential Dutch businesses, including fast-growing “future unicorns.”Account Management: Manage a high volume of accounts with accuracy, ensuring CRM data is consistently updated.Performance Targets: Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-oriented environment.Relationship Building: Develop long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.Strategic Optimization: Adapt quickly to client needs and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Marketing/Communications preferred).C2 level Dutch and strong English communication skills.2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management in a target-driven environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing, preferably PPC/Google Ads.Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-based role.Nice to HaveExperience with AI tools and data-driven sales workflows.Understanding of the Dutch digital marketing ecosystem.Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.What We OfferFull-time hybrid position in Barcelona (39 hours/week).Competitive base salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,407 bonus.Referral bonus up to €2,000.Relocation package (flight and accommodation subject to availability).Private health insurance.Continuous training, certifications, and career development opportunities.Clear progression paths within a global, fast-growing environment.Engaging workplace culture with regular incentives and team activities.Prime office location at the World Trade Center, Barcelona, by the sea.
Requirements
Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Marketing/Communications preferred). C2 level Dutch and strong English communication skills. 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management in a target-driven environment.
