Location: hybrid, Lisbon, PortugalRole: Dutch Customer Advisor – FintechSalary: 1,059 euro gross per month (this does include the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accommodationWorking Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern within a 24x7 operation (can include now and then night shifts)Join a fast-growing European fintech company that is transforming the way people invest and manage their finances. You will handle queries related to banking, investing, and account management while ensuring compliance with strict quality and regulatory standards.What you’ll be doingAs a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will:Provide customer support via phone, email, and chatAssist users with account-related queries, transactions, and platform navigationSupport customers with general questions related to financial products (stocks, ETFs, crypto, etc.)Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communicationFollow compliance guidelines and internal procedures at all timesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch and EnglishPrevious customer service experience desiredWillingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
