Requirements

Your Profile:Fluent Dutch skills ( C2 / Native proficiency)B2 level of EnglishExcellent communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal abilitiesQuick grasp and adaptability in learning new processes, concepts, and skillsOutstanding organizational skills and time managementStrong communication skills, both verbally and in writingExceptional native-level written and oral communication skills in the supported languageProactive attitude and strong team spiritOrganized and capable of learning and understanding new processes, concepts, and skills, recognizing that operations are constantly evolvingKeen attention to detail and a desire to work precisely, efficiently, and at a high standardAbility to not only handle customer emotions but also empathize with the customer's situation **All applicants must possess an EU passport or valid residence permit.
