This role has a strong focus on activation and sales. On a daily basis, you will:Conduct outbound calls to former customers to understand their needs and encourage them to returnPresent tailored solutions and address any obstacles preventing reactivationSupport customers on multiple channels including phone, email, and chatAnswer questions related to plans, deliveries, flexibility, and product optionsEnsure a smooth customer experience through clear communication and effective problem-solvingNo previous experience in sales or customer support? No problem.
