Dutch-Speaking Sales Development Representative – Sales AdsLocation: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)€23.876,19 + up to €3.407,56 gross/year in bonusAbout the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative, your focus will be on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within small and medium-sized companies. You’ll run outbound campaigns, connect with decision-makers, and generate qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team.This role is all about opening doors. You’ll be the first point of contact, sparking interest in digital advertising solutions and setting up strong opportunities for the sales team to close.What You’ll DoWork toward quarterly targets and daily or weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked)Manage a portfolio of SMB prospects and identify high-potential opportunitiesReach out to business owners and marketing decision-makers through calls and emails, including cold outreachQualify prospects by understanding their goals, challenges, and readiness to invest in advertisingClearly explain the value of the platform and generate interest ahead of the sales pitchCollaborate closely with Partner Managers to ensure smooth handoversKeep accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in SalesforceTrack performance against KPIs such as conversion rates and pipeline growthDocument key insights to support the wider sales processWhat We’re Looking ForC2-level Dutch and C1-level English (written and spoken)BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experienceProven experience in outbound prospecting and cold callingTrack record of meeting or exceeding targets in a phone-based sales roleExperience managing a high volume of accounts and booking qualified meetingsFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM toolsKnowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest Ads) is a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makersResilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindsetNice to HaveInterest in improving processes and working efficientlyStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsGood emotional awareness and relationship-building abilityOpen-minded approach to new ideasCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsPractical, solution-focused mindsetProactive and entrepreneurial attitudeWhat You’ll GetFull-time role (39 hours/week) with a hybrid setup in BarcelonaCompetitive salaryReferral bonus of up to €2,000Clear career progression with coaching and supportA fast-paced, engaging work environment with regular team activities and contests
