Your Role: Process incoming orders and ensure data accuracy throughout the order lifecycle Resolve billing issues and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams Provide technical guidance and support to the local Customer Service team Manage team absences, holiday planning, and ensure business continuity Identify training needs and drive process improvements Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain voice support activity Support onboarding and system housekeeping to ensure consistent service delivery
Requirements

What You Bring: 4+ years of experience in customer service or related roles Fluency in English and French (C2/native) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce) and MS Office tools Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving Legal eligibility to work in the EU and willingness to travel if needed
