Join the largest cleaning services platform in Switzerland, now expanding its dynamic team in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence between customers and service providers. You will:Coordinate with employees to ensure timely acceptance and execution of services Assist customers during onboarding and collect accurate service information Troubleshoot service execution issues such as access or scheduling challenges Manage and process feedback, complaints, damage claims, and quality issues Handle employee absences according to internal guidelines Maintain up-to-date customer payment information Respond to employee inquiries about contracts and payroll This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon. Initial training period (approx. 4 weeks) will be fully onsite.

Requirements

Valid EU passport or work permit for Portugal (no sponsorship provided) Fluent in French and at least B2 level English1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role Experience with tools like Zendesk is a strong advantageCustomer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Flexibility to work early shifts and occasionally on Saturdays
