We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused French-Speaking Customer Service or Content Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers while ensuring that user-generated content complies with company policies and community guidelines. The ideal candidate is fluent in French, has strong communication skills, and can make fair, consistent decisions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceRespond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or other communication channels in French.Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to resolve customer questions and issues.Investigate customer concerns and escalate complex cases when necessary.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.Content ModerationReview user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and community standards.Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines.Apply moderation policies consistently and accurately.Escalate complex or sensitive moderation cases to the appropriate teams.Stay informed about policy updates and apply them effectively.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive content with professionalism.

Requirements

Fluency in French (spoken and written); proficiency in English is preferred.Previous experience in customer service, content moderation, or a related field is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency with standard computer applications and customer support systems.Preferred SkillsExperience with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or moderation tools.Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.Cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with diverse users.
