They provide contact lenses, care items, pharmaceuticals, and surgical instruments. With this range of services, the firm is uniquely positioned internationally between pharmacists, opticians, ophthalmologists, laser centers, patients, and customers. The roleAs a German-speaking Health Advisor, you will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone and e-mail inquiries from B2B customers in one of these two areas: Pharma and Vision Care. Your responsibilitiesAnswer incoming telephone and email inquiries from German-speaking clientsInform and advise customers about pharmaceutical products and medical devicesReply to customer questions about indication, storage, and defined brief information (all other points are forwarded to the relevant specialist departments Support and share your product knowledge

Requirements

Your ProfileYou are proficient in German and fluent in English (oral and written)You have good communications skillsAbility to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly mannerYou are open-minded and eager to learnProactive and a team player, you like to help and work with other peopleYou are positive and motivated
