You will be supporting the German market and will be responsible for:Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat for a leading streaming platform, primarily serving premium members.Identifying customer issues and troubleshooting to provide effective solutions.Accurately documenting all actions taken and appropriately categorizing each case, including potential bugs or system issues.
Requirements
Native German speaker with a B2 level of English proficiency.The ideal candidate should enjoy working in an international team environment and engaging with a diverse customer base, as you will serve as the first point of contact.
