Account Executive (German-speaking) – BarcelonaBarcelona, SpainSalary: €24,310 base + up to €4,290 bonus (gross/year)About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you’ll work closely with media and creative agencies to help them grow their clients’ businesses through advertising solutions. You’ll be their main point of contact, guiding them from the first conversation through to a long-term partnership.This role combines new business development with account management. You’ll build your own pipeline while also working with qualified leads from the BDR team. Your focus will be to understand each agency’s needs, recommend the right solutions, and drive revenue growth.What You’ll DoBuild your own pipeline through outbound outreach (calls, emails, research)Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closingPresent tailored advertising strategies based on client goalsDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partnersUnderstand agency structures, client portfolios, and media planning processesRun regular performance reviews and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunitiesAct as a product expert by sharing updates, best practices, and new featuresKeep CRM data (Salesforce) accurate and up to dateCollaborate with the BDR team to improve lead quality and targetingWhat We’re Looking ForNative or C2 level German and strong English (C1) Experience in digital advertising sales or agency-facing roles Confidence in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals Experience managing both outbound outreach and existing accounts Strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred)Good understanding of how media agencies work with clientsFamiliarity with platforms like Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads, or similar is a plusClear communicator who can simplify complex ideasSelf-driven, proactive, and target-orientedSkills That Will Help You Stand OutStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutionsAbility to build relationships quickly and work collaborativelyHigh emotional intelligence and communication skillsAnalytical thinking and comfort working with dataAdaptable and open-minded approachEntrepreneurial attitude and initiativeWhat You’ll GetFull-time (39 hours/week) hybrid role in BarcelonaCompetitive bonus structure and referral program (up to €2,000)Ongoing sales training and certificationsClear career progression with coaching and supportA collaborative, motivating team environment

Requirements
