Your mission will be to support and develop a portfolio of hosts, helping them optimize their listings, improve performance, and build sustainable growth in a highly competitive marketplace. Your Responsibilities As a German Speaking Account Manager, you will manage newly onboarded and existing hosts, acting as a strategic partner to drive their success. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing ongoing support and relationship management to a portfolio of hostsBuilding trust and fostering long-term B2B partnershipsProactively identifying improvement areas and growth opportunitiesDelivering tailored account optimization strategies to maximize listing quality and visibilityAnalyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendationsAddressing questions, concerns, and business challenges to ensure long-term satisfaction and retentionContributing to sustainable growth and partner successYour Profile We are looking for professionals who thrive in a client-facing, performance-driven environment. Native level of German and fluent English1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another B2B client-facing roleBachelor’s degree requiredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approachProactive, solution-oriented, and business-focused attitudeCurrently based in BarcelonaWhat’s in it for you?
