German-Speaking Ad Sales Account ExecutiveLocation: Barcelona, Spain (on-site)Salary: €25,330 gross/year + up to €4,470 gross/year bonusContract: Full-time (39 hours/week, Monday–Friday)About the RoleWe’re hiring German-speaking Ad Sales Account Executives to grow our digital advertising business in the German market. Requirements
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales (business development and/or account management) Proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs Strong knowledge of digital advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce, and social media Comfortable discussing ROI, platform integrations, and performance metrics Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume pipeline C1 German and advanced English
