German-Speaking Ads Sales Account Manager Barcelona, Spain Salary: €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 gross/year bonus Contract: Full-time (39 hours/week), hybridThe Role We’re looking for an experienced German-speaking Ads Sales Account Manager to work with high-value clients in the digital advertising space. You’ll manage and grow long-term relationships with larger businesses, mainly in retail, travel, and other high-revenue sectors.This role is consultative and strategic. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, design tailored advertising strategies, and help them achieve sustainable growth through Ads solutions.What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and act as their trusted Ads advisorAnalyze and optimize advertising campaigns to improve performance and ROIProvide strategic, long-term recommendations rather than short-term fixesConduct regular follow-ups to ensure strategies are implemented and delivering resultsTranslate client business goals into effective Ads solutionsEducate clients on advanced Ads features and best practicesBuild strong, long-term relationships focused on value and growth
Requirements
What You BringBA/BS in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceNative or C2-level German and a high level of English1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertisingSolid understanding of digital marketing and Ads platformsExperience working with larger clients, ideally in retail, travel, or similar sectorsAbility to hold strategic, consultative conversations with senior stakeholdersStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience improving processes and ways of workingStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsHigh emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented mindsetAnalytical thinking and confidence working with data insightsEntrepreneurial attitude and comfort taking initiative
