German-Speaking Ads Sales Executive Barcelona, Spain €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus About the role We’re looking for a German-speaking Ads Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll work with both emerging businesses and established local companies, helping them grow through tailored advertising solutions. This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment, so you’ll need to be confident in sales, quick to build relationships, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once. ________________________________________ What you’ll do • Connect with clients across the German market and understand their business needs • Offer tailored advertising solutions that drive results • Manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining strong relationships • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and client expectations • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently • Build long-term partnerships that support client growth and retention ________________________________________ What we’re looking for • C2 level German and C1 level English (written and spoken) • At least 2 years of sales experience with a strong track record • Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals • Experience creating digital marketing strategies • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or certifications are a plus) You should also bring: • Strong resilience and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment • A client-first mindset with experience improving customer satisfaction and retention • Flexibility and the ability to work through change and ambiguity • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills ________________________________________ German market expertise • Solid understanding of the German business culture and market • Ability to identify high-growth opportunities • Experience managing different stakeholders, including agencies and demanding clients • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy practices ________________________________________ What you’ll get • Full-time role (39 hours/week), hybrid setup in Barcelona • Performance bonus on top of base salary • Relocation support if you’re moving to Spain • Private health insurance • Ongoing training and certifications • Clear career progression with coaching support • A lively, social workplace with regular team activities and contests
