Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit German-speaking AI Content Moderators for an innovative AI-powered e-commerce project based in Lisbon, Portugal.Join an international team helping improve the quality and safety of AI-generated video content. In this role, you’ll review AI-dubbed videos to ensure they meet quality standards, community guidelines, and regional policies, contributing to a safe and trusted experience for millions of users worldwide.This is a full-time position rotating schedule (Monday to Sunday), with two rotational days off.Your Role:Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelinesEvaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions based on internal guidelinesAssess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracyIdentify policy violations, including misleading content, hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited materialVerify that content complies with regional regulations and market-specific standardsEscalate complex or high-risk cases to specialized internal teamsAccurately document moderation decisions and maintain detailed case recordsMeet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling high volumes of contentStay up to date with policy changes and moderation proceduresHandle confidential and potentially sensitive content with professionalism and discretionYour Qualifications:Native-level fluency in GermanGood command of English (B2 level or above)Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, quality assurance, or analytical roles is an advantageStrong analytical thinking and objective decision-making skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesGood understanding of German language nuances and cultural contextKnowledge of online platforms, digital content, or e-commerce environments is desirableHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and manage high workloadsProfessional, resilient, and comfortable handling sensitive contentThe Offer:Office-based position in Lisbon, PortugalCompetitive salary package with performance-based incentivesRelocation support package available for international candidatesPrivate health insuranceMeal allowance and transport allowanceComprehensive onboarding and paid trainingA vibrant, multicultural environment in a modern, centrally located Lisbon officeInternational and collaborative working environmentContinuous learning and professional development opportunitiesCareer growth within a leading global organizationOpportunity to contribute to the development and quality of cutting-edge AI technologiesWe are especially looking for candidates fluent in German, with strong English for communication and screening.
